Leading this vision is our Managing Director, a seasoned maritime professional whose career spans over two decades at sea and ashore.
Our Managing Director is a former Chief Engineer with more than 20 years of hands on sailing experience, having served on a diverse range of vessels with world-renowned ship management companies such as Anglo-Eastern and Univan Ship Management. His years at sea have equipped him with a thorough understanding of ship operations, crew dynamics, technical challenges, and safety protocols across global maritime routes.
After an extensive sailing career, he transitioned ashore, taking on the role of Technical Superintendent in a reputable shipping company. Over his four-year tenure, he managed vessel performance, maintenance planning, dry-dockings, audits, and compliance matters — delivering operational efficiency while upholding the highest safety and environmental standards.
Under his leadership, Marinetech has become synonymous with technical precision, professional integrity, and regulatory reliability. His deep industry insight ensures that we not only meet, but exceed, the expectations of the flag administrations, shipowners, and maritime stakeholders we serve.

Mr. Ravindra Prasad Singh is a seasoned maritime professional with over 20 years of extensive industry experience spanning both sea and shore-based operations. A former Chief Engineer, he has sailed for more than a decade with renowned global shipping companies, including Maersk Line, IMS Ship Management, and Anglo-Eastern Ship Management. During his sailing career, he specialized in the operations, maintenance, and technical management of oil tankers, chemical tankers, bulk carriers, and car carriers, gaining hands-on expertise in new building takeovers and complex marine engineering systems.
Transitioning ashore, Mr. Singh took on a pivotal leadership role with Ambuja Cements Ltd., where he spent 17 years driving critical marine operations. Rising to the position of Technical Head, he oversaw a fleet of 11 Indian-flagged vessels under the Ambuja Shipping (Holcim and Adani) umbrella. His responsibilities encompassed complete technical management, including dry dockings, new builds, vessel takeovers, statutory compliance, and managing audits, surveys, and inspections from various flag states and regulatory bodies.
Today, as a Partner at Marinetech Safety and Shipping Corporation, Mr. Singh brings a powerful blend of operational foresight, strategic leadership, and deep technical know-how. His proficiency in statutory compliance, ship management systems, and project execution reinforces Marinetech’s mission of delivering reliable, safe, and efficient maritime solutions.
